• Design Engineer

The candidate should have experience in retail store environments, the point of purchase display industry and be familiar with the design of retail fixtures, retail signage, dimensional and structural elements and open service presentations, such as end cap displays for various retail outlets. Knowledge and familiarity with metal and plastic fabrication is preferred as well as knowledge and understanding of fixtures, fasteners and hardware solutions.


  • Preparing detailed drawings and formulating project design packages using CAD and 3-D design software.
  • Creating Bills of Material, determining project critical paths, project management of production, including quality control and outsourcing to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing support to sales, preparing status reports, working with the supply chain, and attending client meetings as needed.
  • Developing work instructions and assembly drawings for both speculative design and manufacturing.
  • Providing a liaison with manufacturing to assure the highest quality products.
  • Working on continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, waste and to meet the company’s environmental objectives.


  • BS degree in Engineering, Industrial Design or similar is preferred plus at least 2-5 years of POP design experience.
  • Strong skillset in Solidworks or similar CAD software.
  • Must have a good understanding of working with extrusions, plastics, temporary materials and have experience working with other materials such as wood, sheet metal and aluminum.
  • Familiarity with design/fabrication a plus.
  • Understanding of retail fixturing used by retailers – Lozier/Madix/Streeter, etc. in order to design solutions that work with, enhance or adapt to existing client in store fixtures.
  • Familiarity with Southern Imperial, FFR, Kinter products related to fasters/hanging hardware.

• Sr. Account (Sales) Executive

We are looking for aggressive sales executives with a hunter mentality to join our team. With our staff of industry experts and a solid sales strategy we deliver a level of quality and service second to none. Our primary business segments include: Creative and Industrial Design, Prototyping, Large Format Printing and Fabrication, Program Management and Nationwide Installation, Warehousing and Fulfillment, Online Reporting and Customer Support.

Currently we have primary openings (but not limited to) the Texas and East Coast regions. We offer the candidates an opportunity to evolve their careers within a fast paced industry servicing some of the largest and most recognized brands around with an established state of the art facility with an experienced, fun and supportive team and company that comprises of 78+ years of experience.


  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements using leads supplied by marketing support.
  • Create one-on-one relationships with buyers (Introduce Yunker services to existing relationships, if permitted).
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing required RFQ’s.
  • Dynamically collaborates with client to offer innovated ideas and solutions.
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
  • Manage daily activities within our CRM system.


Ideal candidate will have experience working within the retail categories relevant to Yunker’s core services. These categories include but not limited to, Brand Retail Markets, Specialty Shops, C-Store, QSR and Product Manufactures.
